In the Soup Loop.

Don't know what to do with the extras from that large batch of soup you made? Don't have enough tupperwear to dedicate to the soup? Realsimple.com suggests to use a plastic baggie. Genius.
"Stockpile soup by pouring extra portions into baggies, then laying them flat in the freezer. Once hardened, you can stack them up and save them for a rainy day."

The Breakup.

One month ago. We broke up.

It happened. I became enlightened about my eating habits and ways to change them. I went on the Lithe Escape to the Highland House in Jamaica (an absolutely amazing experience and beautiful place). It was 5 days for pure relaxation, lithe-ing, and everything we ate was organic. Organic to the point where it was grown right there on the property. During this trip, I discovered/realized the physical changes that can take place when you take care of what you put into your body -- (those 100 calorie packs don't count!)

I also learned about the true unhealthiness of lunchmeat. Let's compare it to Heidi Montag's "new look". Now I have eaten turkey and cheese sandwiches on a daily basis for as long as I can remember. Finding out that this was not good for me is like finding out your boyfriend cheated on you. From that moment, I knew we had to break up.
